Diversity Director, Matthew Brown:
* Office Hours: Wednesday 2PM-3PM
* Black History Month

Finance Chair, Ann Halbert-Brooks:
* Office Hours: Thursdays 11-1
* Budgets from Fall Budget Hearings are in accounts. Contact Nate or myself to set up a time for training if you never had a budget before

Publicity Director, Akeem Caballero:
* Office Hours: Fridays 2:15-3:15

Treasurer, Nathan Martell:
* Office Hours: Thursdays 11-1
* Treasurer Training: Clubs will be listed that need to complete this still

Secretary, Peter Nyitrai:
*Office Hours: Right after Senate
* New Club Members: See me if you are still not on the list
* If Announcements are not in the binder, they will not be placed in the minutes
* Senator Training: Before and After Feb 10th: Before is at 7:30. After is after the meeting
* Please clean your email out. I have been getting messages back about full emails
* If anyone is interested in being Secretary in the next administration, see me and I will give you some details.
* Congrats to the Saints for the SB 44 win.
